The Duck a Confit was awesome. Believe it or not I sauted Polk Greens with butter, olive oil,tarragon, pine nuts, white wine, and the Duck Confit. It was spectacular. The mustard tone was just right instead of the intense flavor of the Polk. Definetly a winner.
The best BBQ in Springfield Mo, Also very nice and clean restaurant!!!!
