Even when I was "vegetarian" 6 days a week, I always craved ribs that one day I wasn't. And City butcher's ribs are definitely a chart-topper in my book!
We had a fantastic lunch today...Got the last slab of ribs! You gotta try this place!!!

Best BBQ in town. Prompt, friendly service and clean restaurant. The food is fantastic. You can't go wrong no matter what you order.
The brisket is the best around! Almost everything is gluten free!! The sauces are simple but very good. The sides are are of good quality, and the service is friendly. Go early, they do sell out almost daily!!
Love love love....mmmmm...beef....burnt ends....yummy in my tummy! As my kids would say! Amazingly friendly atmosphere! We came one night and you were sold out, but good things come to those who wait! So very proud of you Jeremy!!
I love BBQ and have know one of the owners for nearly 15yrs, so I had high expectations going in the first time. Well my expectations were to low because they blew them away. I find myself comparing any BBQ I have now to them and it kinda makes it hard to enjoy anything else quite the same.
The best BBQ I've ever had and I used to live in Memphis. I stop by 1-2 times a week. Phenomenal food, welcoming employees and an awesome environment. I recommend city butcher as the best BBQ in Springfield to anyone who asks.
