Had City Butcher brisket for work party. Omg everyone raved about it. Tender. Moist. Great smoke flavor. Yummm
Ok sooooo, I'm in town and my sister keeps talking about this City Butcher and how good it is! So being a griller myself I had to check this out! Ok this shit was off da chain of I do say so myself. That pork belly is the business! Thanks sis, u were right! Oh and the Hot Links were the bomb. #foodie

Had lunch there recently. The meat was fantastic on my sandwich, the sides we're just ok.
That pork belly is on point. Stopped by on our way to oklahoma and this was the best southern bbq ive had.
Edit: I did wait through the line and thought the food was pretty good. It is MUCH better if you eat it while it is still warm as opposed to reheating it later. They use a salt and pepper rub on the brisket that my wife found unappealing and I thought was a bit much but tolerable. The pulled pork was amazing. The customer service was second to none. We are very sorry that you did not stick it out. We have two cutters that cut each customer's meat fresh right in front of them. It is our policy to give each customer the time and attention to their food that they deserve. Sometimes a customer may have a very large order that takes a little longer to prepare.
