Cinnamon Tree is great! I've lived here for one semester, and am happy so far! The apartments are pretty nice - the kitchen is a little cramped, but there is a nice spacious living room in the 6 person apts, and 2 bathrooms. The people here are the best part - there's a good, open feeling in the ward and everyone is really friendly. Very affordable, great management, really fun people!
I would say this place is pretty dope. The apartments are not anything special, but i really like the people here. It is one of the best wards that i have ever been in. Also pretty much everything gets done if you send in a maintenance request. Overall I can't really complain too much
This is a wonderful apartment complex! It's not fancy, but you have enough space for what you pay and everything is in good repair. Larry is the maintenance guy and he is absolutely wonderful. He is very prompt and will usually fix any problems within a day or so of you submitting a maintenance request. Management is good too. Best management I've ever seen in student housing
The best thing about Cinnamon Tree is by far the management and maintenance guy Larry! I have never had a work order sit for more than a day when I submit it (which you can do online by the way) and it is usually done within a few hours. We also recently got new washer and dryers which you can use your credit or debit card at which is helpful. They also text you when the load is done. The people here are fantastic. Sometimes parking can be a pain but it's free and there's always a spot.
Definitely a great price for the quality. Management is involved and sets up fun activities frequently. Maintenance is always excellent! Same day or next day repairs on every maintenance request I've made. The location is great, right by lots of good places to eat and fun things to do. The ward and social environment are great! Always lots of cool people to hang out with. Love the set up of the apartment, lots of space and privacy as well when needed.
Cinnamon Tree housing has some of the best housing offered in its price range. You for sure get your investments worth. I highly recommend it because of the close area to school and also for all the basic necessities within walking distance. To those who study hard and are low on income. It is a very good candidate apartment complex.
Very close to both campus and some of the best restaurants in Provo, It's a great place to live. Everyone is close and there are activities fairly often. You will make a lot of friends here. The rooms are good quality with plenty of space even if you get a shared room. With a basketball/volleyball court, a pool, and pool and ping-pong tables in the lounge there is always something to do at Cinnamon Tree!
Management is really fun and try to do activities often.The ward is really great. And maintenance has been super good at coming really fast if we ever need anything. This has been a great place to live.
