CT has great management who is very responsive to any feedback. Maintenance is easy, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the environment, including monthly events, is great. I have literally no complaints from living here.
I love the management and maintenance staff here. They are responsive, understanding, and try to make fun activities for the residents. My only complaint would be that the kitchens are a little more crowded than other complexes.

Cinnamon Tree is a great apartment complex, great activities planned by the management, and the apartments aren't fancy but always in good repair and great layout.
Great apartments for the price...the management and maintenance people are all very nice and will bend over backwards to help you. The location is great--it's within easy walking distance of BYU, several grocery stores, etc. 139th ward is amazing, very welcoming, faithful, and easygoing. My only complaint would be how old my apartment is and the tininess of the kitchen, but overall my time at Cinnamon Tree has been amazing
Alright, the best thing about this place is that the managers are great people and the location is good for schooling as well! Close to everything you need as a student!!
The management is wonderful and the sense of community is strong. Good location, well-kept rooms, and plenty of space. There is always something going on socially and the people are great!
Cinnamon Tree is so great! It is a very social apartment complex, which is awesome.The ward is very social. The management is great and does a lot to get us all involved. I've really enjoyed living here! The apartments aren't amazing, but that's a small price to pay for everything else. Maintenance is awesome and the problem is fixed within the day you send in the request. So overall, it's been great living here.
I love living in Cinnamon Tree! The price is right, and you get good quality for what you pay for! We have the best management, and maintenance. Larry the maintenance guy is THE MAN! He can fix anything and does it prompty! CT is super social, with very friendly, down to earth people. We have fun activities all the time. We have a cool lounge with a piano, pool table, and big screen tv. We also have a pool! I wont be moving anytime soon, CT is the best!!
