It is not worth the costs anymore; there are a lot of fees beyond rent that are never advertised. I'm sure that's standard apartment practice. A 6-person men's fall/winter contract was $299 when I started in 2017 but will be $355 come fall 2019 despite nothing having changed (except management?); with parking, cable TV (because of course), "communications", and utilities, expect to pay $400 a month for an apartment worth $300 a month, and that's the cheapest offering. The wards are good, though.
Management is the best and very approachable. The wards are awesome too! :)
I have enjoyed living at Cinnamon Tree Apartments overall. The people who live here are very friendly and genuine, there are occasional activities hosted by the complex, and the management is very accommodating and responsive. My only complaint is the price is a little high for the quality - once you factor in the utilities/internet charges it is about the same amount per month as some nicer complexes.
Atmosphere here is great and the apartments are miniscule, however, they like to nickel and dime you here. Parking is way overpriced, cleaning checks are inconsistently nit-picky and trivial, we pay for cable even though no one uses it, and we have internet that works sometimes which we also pay for. Maintenance responds, but not effectively. There are way too many hidden costs here. Owner and management are unprofessional and unfair in their dealings with the tenants.
I love Cinnamon Tree. The atmosphere is so wonderful with the people, and all the activities CT offers here. I feel like they are feeding us at least twice a month for some random occasion that they decide to throw a party for and I LOVE IT!! The only things that bothers me is that the kitchens are kind of small and it gets a little hard when there are 6 people running around trying to make breakfast in the morning.
I love living here, my only complaints are that the kitchen is a little small as are the desks. Other than that, this is a great place to live with awesome people and a really good location.
This is one of my favorite places I've lived in Provo. The people are super nice, management is great and very accommodating, and maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly. I have no complaints about living here. I would recommend it to anyone :)
The social atmosphere is what makes this place. The apartments are good, not luxury, but they're everything a college student needs. You'll always have things to do all the time, the wards are great.
