It's a really nice complex. It is well maintained and my experience with management has been good! It is also a really social environment!
Cinnamon Tree is a fairly good place to live. The quality of the apartments is a little better than my previous place of residence. However, for the price, I don't feel like you get a very good deal. When it comes down to it, a cinder block apartment is a cinder block apartment. On a positive note though, I have only had positive interaction with the management and maintenance people. The ward is pretty friendly, it's not too far from BYU or Macey's, and maintenance responds pretty quickly. However, the windows let in a lot of cold air and noise, the apartments feel old/outdated, and the kitchen is really cramped for 6 people. Overall, it's not too bad for the price.
I very much like living at Cinnamon Tree. The management is very reasonable and the price for what you're getting is unbeatable! A couple of cons: it is a little far from campus: a 15 minute walk to the bottom of the Tanner building, and anywhere else is even longer. Also, the parking is pretty cramped and is a little sketchy. But other than that, I have loved living at Cinnamon Tree! It's a great place to live.
Living at Cinnamon Tree Apartments has been a pleasant experience. Here, I found a place like home. Honest and understandable management, fun activities, quick maintenance, fair rates and the best location ever( close to BYU Campus and surrounded by fast foods and grocery stores). I don't have any complaints besides the bathroom's size. However, the good thing is there are two baths in each apt being one of them big. I love living at cinnamon tree! Great people, helpful management, timely maintenance. My one complaint is the short showers but if you get a shower arm extender that fixes that problem pretty easily.
I love living in Cinnamon Tree! It has a very special spirit. All of the people there are very accepting and understanding. I would like it if there were better parking and if the kitchens were bigger. However, the set up is perfect with a basketball court in the middle of our apartments. It provides a space for gatherings and FHE.
Comfortable rooms and very close to BYU campus! Management in the past was very friendly and reasonable, though they've been getting pretty strict with lots of rules lately, and not everyone gets treated fairly. Parking costs extra.
