I've had great experiences at Cinnamon Tree! Management has always been willing to work with me on any issues that I might have with paying rent on time or any maintenance problems. I like having the monthly cleaning checks because it's a great excuse to have a super clean apartment! The re-check fees are a bit unnesecary, though. I wish we had Google Fiber, but the internet seems to be a bit faster than it was a year ago. The dryers in the laundry rooms are a hit and a miss. Great Place to live. Management as always been nice and respectful to me personally. It is kind of an older place, but its definitely not ghetto like some houses on the south side of campus. I really like it mostly because of the people I live around. Pool is great. Love the Quad Basketball court. This is the first place I've lived for more than a year while attending BYU. I will most likely stay here until I'm done with BYU.
Great if you are looking for a relaxed environment. Management is pretty good in general. Apartments aren't the newest, but are in pretty good shape for their age. Friendly down to earth people.
