Love, love, love CT! Management is awesome, Larry the maintenance guy is honestly the best in the world! He's super quick in getting things fixed and responding to maintenance requests. The location was great, an easy 10-15 min. walk to campus, just a couple blocks from the grocery store, and close to bus routes. The rooms are decent sizes and the living rooms are fairly open and spacious. Really the only downer was that the kitchens are on the small side. I love Cinnamon Tree!! Maintenance is so on top of things. I'll send in a request and he'll come in the next day, if not the same day, to fix up the apartment! There's constantly fun activities planned by the complex and they're super rad. The apartment itself is a little small, but it's homey. All the people there are really cool, and the ward is really like family! CT is the place to be.
The management is sooooo kind. If there is a maintenance problem, it get fixed within 24 hours. By far the most relaxed apartment complex in Provo when it comes to parking. Most places, you get scared to even visit a friend because they will boot or tow you. I mean, it's nice just letting friends be able to visit. The only thing to make this place better would be a hot tub! The people in complex are super nice, humble, and very genuine. A great place to live!
I've had an amazing experience living here. The people are amazing. The management is woneedful and so willing to work with you. It's close to campus. Most of all, it is just fun!
Cinnamon Tree is an awesome place to live! Its an extremely social, friendly ward. The management is GREAT-- super easy-going and nice to work with. My only complaint is that the internet is inconsistent and that the kitchen is small. But all the pros make up for the cons. I have absolutely loved living here!
Great complex! I would recommend this complex to anyone, but there are a couple of things that you need to know before moving in. The Internet is pretty shoty. We have the supply our own wifi routers and with all the wifi signals conflicting the Internet will have all the bars but be incredibly slow. I have put in a maintenance request and they came out right away (Larry comes to fix maintence within an hour most of the time), but when they plug in a computer the test the speed it works perfectly fine because it isn't wifi. ... read more
I love cinnamon tree! The location is pretty great not to far from BYU and seriously surrounded by everything. Dollar store, macey's, pharmacy, hospital and tons of fast food joints! I also love that you get your own closet too and it fits lots of clothes! The showers are a little crazy and jump from freezing cold to burning hot in .5 seconds but other than that I love it! Can't wait to live here in the fall again! (:
