I will NEVER go to Liberty Children's ER again. I brought my 3 month old son in (pedi sent us from appointment) for respiratory distress! O2 sats started to drop to 89-90 and they just took it off and said it wasn't accurate. Lies. Also said he was well hydrated. Sent us home. Came to Children's main ER a few hours later for the same thing and they admitted him instantly for O2 sats 89-90, dehydration, RESPIRATORY DISTRESS, feet even turning purple. Always go to main. I had issues with them in the past with my daughter, also... read more

RecommendedI simply cannot say enough good things about this hospital. We arrived to admissions at 1:30, were moved into Ian’s room by 1:45 and immediately greeted by nurses, and by 3:30 the EEG had been placed and started. They are amazing, all so sweet, and so prompt! I’m so thankful that my son is able to receive such amazing care at a wonderful facility!
We went to the ED on the weekend because our dentist’s office was not open. Our son was having pain in his lower jaw and we thought he may have an abscess. The staff just looked and poked around on the spot on his gums and told us to come back the next day if it got worse! They must think that their ED visits are free. After a couple of days of pain we were able to get into our family dentist, it was an abscess and his tooth was pulled.
