I can't say enough about Children's Hospital. Not only do they provide outstanding care, but they go above and beyond to make sure you feel better. The nurse brought Jagger a gift for his birthday before we headed home. He loved it and left with a smile. Thanks Children's for taking care of my little man!
Doctors, nurses and staff are amazing! Everybody was so friendly and very helpful. Can't say enough wonderful things about our hospital stay and doctor visits.
My son had an orchidopexy in August. I was terrified about my baby going under. Everyone was so amazing and made him so relaxed. The anesthesiologist was so great, the nurses, amazing! Dr. Noh was thorough in talking to us about his surgery. I was so grateful for our experience! Then billing happened � As great of a hospital this is, I was very disappointed with how uneducated the billing department was. The team at Childrens took great care of my son after he broke his leg. They made every effort to make sure get got the best treatment possible and not rush. They were kind and patient and really helped us understand what was going on with his treatment plan.
Great doctors, very informative and comfortable to be around. And the circus actors and their games in the lobby made it much less stressful �
Now there were many good things but also many bad things about my daughter’s stay at Cincinnati Children’s Liberty Campus! I loved the team of Doctors that helped my daughter! Some were residents & some were attending doctors but they were THE NICEST! They helped me understand what was going on and reassured me everything would be ok! Love my nurses Michael & Ashley! I think they were fantastic. Would’ve given 5 stars if it weren’t for the salad bar lady. She was very rude and lazy.
Just discharged our 11 yr old and being in the hospital during Christmas is hard. CCH went above and beyond to make Christmas morning as exciting as it could be. Thank you to everyone who helped make the Holidays as fun as possible. The nurses and staff on 7A are wonderful. They always made sure our son was comfortable and had everything he needed. With having 2 brain surgeries in 9 days they made sure his pain was always under control. Thank You for taking such great care of us.
We are at Children's 3-4 times a week for my daughter ,and son. We are in 4 different departments. They all are amazing. The staff knows us by name now. It is very comforting knowing my children are being taken care of. Thank you all for what you do!
