These piece of s*** assholes took the kid off the transplant list for his kidneys because he missed one appointment then decided to put him on dialysis it's like they're punishing him for missing his appointment as good of a place is this is I just don't understand their decision-making sometimes

The doctors were great, the OR nurses were great! The rest of my experience was just down right awful! My child was neglected, given a double dose of a medication that is dangerous when it wasn't needed, and the nurses were rude. We were given incorrect information multiple times. This is not ok, regardless of the the condition of why the child is there. Just horrible, horrible service. I will be contacting member services, and don't get me started on the billing. They told me they had my insurance info, received bills stati... read more

I had a student in high school that was able to return to school to graduate because of the expertise at this hospital. Unfortunately this was not what we found when a single mom of three who is my best friend’s daughter and my niece though not by blood, brought her som there at the request of UK Medical Center. Her oldest son was having attacks of shallow breathing so severe and frequent he was failing to thrive. In the end, our little cowboy who roped horses and hunted, had to use a wheelchair. The team could not diagnose ... read more

My son had RSV in Jan. 2015 when he was only 3 weeks old. They took great care of our son and helped us through the whole time we spend there. We can't thank them enough for saving our son's life. Thank you!

Don’t get me wrong, for children the hospital is great. But as a patient as you get older the way you are treated goes down hill. As a person with Spina Bifida it’s been difficult to find doctors that will take on my case. Lately the doctors and nurses haven’t listened or seemed to care about the symptoms or thing that I’m experiencing. They’ve made side comments on how they are specialized in pediatrics and not adults. As I’m now an adults things are different. Yet they don’t referral me out to a different hospital to more ... read more

Two of my children were born with Nonketotic Hyperglycinemia. We were in and out of Cincinnati Childrens Hospital for 11 years. I highly recommend this hospital! Cincinnati Childrens hospital nurses, Drs and staff treated and cared for my children as if they were their own children. Meagan and Dakotah had Nonketotic Hyperglycinemia, which is a rare metabolic disorder. NKH is a terminal disorder but Meagan was 11 years old when she passed away and Dakotah was 10 years old. Childrens Hospital will never know how much I appreci... read more
