My 2yr old fractured her foot yesterday afternoon i took her to be seen in the ER instead was sent to the urgent care. 1 if i wanted to go to urgent care i would've gone 5mins from my house instead i came to a "reputable hospital" that i once loved. Instead my child was pushed to the side while multiple others including the child across the hall - mind you had a finger injury from a week prior was offered medicine immediately brought balloons ect while again my 2yr old sat suffering for 4hrs. We used the online appointment option for the Mason urgent care and had a fantastic experience! We were in and out in 45 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. We've always had great experiences at the Mason urgent care and Liberty location. Thank you!
Unfortunately we live in a different state but my son comes here to see a GI specialist. While our hospital took 5 months to get an appointment it took less than a month to get one with Cincinnati. The staff understood my concerned and need for information. They were all very nice and very accommodating. There wasn't a wait, we were took back before we even had time to take a seat in the waiting room.
I had my son there Monday night cause He was complaining of his right side hurting and passing blood in his stool. They admitted him and come to find out he has Salmonella. The nurses and dr's there are soooo wonderful and for now on I'm taking my child to there to be treated in emergencies. He got to come home Wednesday night and is doing soooo much better. Thank you guys and God Bless!!!
I think that they are overwhelmed and just rushing to get through patients. My 5 year old is traumatized due to the poor practice in the dental portion of that facility. Not once, but twice, they gave him medicine and tried to do a procedure( filling) before letting the actual medicine take affect because they didn't want to listen to what his mother was saying. "Man, please just wait in the waiting area." Why? Because a "time crunch" to see hundreds of patients a day?... All could have been avoided had they taken the time t... read more
I am pregnant with twins, they are sharing the placenta. Thanks to the staff at the Fetal Center for saving my babies through a surgery! All the doctors and nurses were great and really supportive.

My baby has to have surgery at 12 hours old, and they were wonderful! Even the nurses in NICU!
