Ciardelli has been our fuel company of choice for years now, both for oil and propane. Jason recently performed our yearly burner service; he was prompt, cheerful, efficient, and answered all of my questions. These folk are great to deal with and have responded quickly if we have issues or questions. I would highly recommend them!
We switched to Ciardelli a couple of years ago when we got a new heating system. We never really had good experiences with our previous fuel companies, and we always felt like we were inconveniencing them when we called. This is not at all the case with Ciardelli Fuel Company - they are friendly and kind people, and have wonderful customer service! They're very responsive and always answer questions when we have them. Thank you, Ciardelli. You're a gem and we appreciate you.
Jason was very helpful and throughout. He answered all my questions, explained everything he was going to do, and why, and even spoke to my husband (via phone) when he had questions.
We recently had a new boiler installation. It was the best experience from dealing with Tony, to the 2 Technicians that did the install to the folks in the office. Very patient with all our questions before & during the job. Was seamless. Customer service all around is excellent! Will recommend to everyone I know.
