This is our first year with Ciardelli Fuel and are very pleased with the service for the installation of the new AC/ heat pump system. Tony C was very supportive navigating us through the process of establishing where all of the components were to go. Chris G, Mike and Ben brought it all together and did an outstanding job installing the system while keeping it neat and clean. I LOVE the fact that Ciardelli is a local, family-owned business that treats me like I'm a part of the Ciardelli Family. Great fuel company, very helpful and quick to respond when contacted! Highly recommend!
Also recently switched from another company, and the customer service is outstanding! We had a lot of issues transferring from the old company (they did everything they could to block-delay the transfer), and Ciardelli worked diligently to move things forward. Their price is almost half of the other company, and they don't make you wait until you are almost empty for a delivery. I recently called before a storm to top off, and while they said they could come after the storm, they came before. Highly recommend! #keepitlocal
