Horrible company to deal with and terrible customer service.
I'm so thankful I called Ciardelli when my boiler wasn't kicking on. I'd been struggling with it for days and even had another company come out who basically told me they couldn't help me. Ciardelli sent out two different guys and made sure I had heat for my kids and dogs without leaving us next hanging like the others did. The technicians were incredibly courteous, friendly, and professional. One of them even took some extra time to educate me a bit on how it all worked. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
We recently decided we needed to change gas companies and chose Ciardelli because they are a local, family run business. They made the transition very easy and the technicians that have been here have been very nice and helpful. So happy we chose Ciardelli!
