Service is excellent! We have an old house and seem to always need these wonderful guys at the most inconvenient times! They always show up with a smile on their face and fix the problem.
My experience with Ciardelli has been excellent from the person on the phone to the person who came out to my house Very thorough and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed. This is my first time using propane so I had a lot of questions.
We've been using Ciardelli as our fuel provider and annual tune-up company since we purchased our house. Their tune-ups are cheaper than some of the independent companies or plumbers in the area. They even helped us out by diagnosing, repairing, and tuning up our brand new boiler after we hired someone else to do it, and it went wrong. We recently had our old oil tanks removed and replaced by Ciardelli, and they installed the new tank quickly and efficiently, and left the finished part of my basement spotless. great customer service. recently needed some advice and they were willing to humor me and give some information around natural gas furnaces. the information was helpful and the service was friendly all while they knew they wouldn't get my business (not did they have time anyways). thank you 😁
We had to have immediate service due to an exterior, pressure leak failure. The service was superior and Paul was very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. I can’t thank them enough for the help and calming my nerves during my Thanksgiving preparations. Great company!
