I can't say enough about the care and professionalism of everyone from the delivery driver who inspected my tank and found multiple holes, to the estimator who showed up the same day and then today the 3 installers who came to install a new oil tank in a basement without outside access. They wouldn't even enter my home without laying down tarps and putting covers over their boots! I would highly recommend Ciardelli to everyone! Thank you for outstanding customer service!

worst fuel company!! we recently switched to a much lower rate on fuel and after they took our tanks that were partially filled, they would not reimburse us for what was left and what we had paid for on the tanks.
This is the WORST company! We recently switched to a different propane company because we got locked into a better rate. They came and took our tanks and we had 30% left in the tank and when we called to find out about a refund, we were told “we don’t do refunds” WHAT?! As a company you should be ASHAMED! I already paid for that propane and deserve my money back for what I DIDN’T use! I’ve never not paid you!
Worst gas company in the state I was just forced 12.5 gallons of propane I have an 80 gallon tank and it was filled to the top when dropped a yr and a half ago had no need for a drop and when I called to see what was going on they tell me that someone not myself who is not on my account who has nothing to do with my bills has requested that I be put on auto fill and if I don’t want to buy the 12 gallons then they will just come take the 68 gallons that I already paid for bc they let somebody make changes to my deliveries
Very customer service oriented. Had them move my in ground propane tank and move and replace my hot water heater. Tony in Sales/Operations and Chris, their installer as well as the whole team that moved the propane tank two years ago were awesome to work with, knowledgeable, friendly, supportive, flexible and willing to adjust the job details during delivery. Price was right as well. You maybe can get it cheaper elsewhere but no way with the positive experience and result.
