We called for service on an 18 month old heat pump which had stopped working and left us without a/c. Someone was here within 4 hours of our call and got us back up and running, all under our warranty I might add. We were very happy with their service.
I appreciate their service so much this is my first power outage using my new home generator. I called to schedule a propane delivery and they came right away and texted me after delivery. Service is excellent! Everyone I have spoken with has been wonderful! Thank you so much! I recommend Rhoads Energy 💯
They do not have a clue. No customer service. They only want your $$$$
Your company has been most accommodating through our entire contact, from replacing our fuel tank, to numerous calls for No Heat and finally replacing our furnace. Very impressed.
I’ve been a long time Rhoads customer. My furnace completely failed on a Saturday. Their off-hours tech offered to stop by the shop and get us some space heaters. He also contacted the sales rep who came to my home on a Sunday to start work on the estimate. By end of day Tuesday, I had a new furnace. Rhoads went above and beyond to take care of us. I would highly recommend!
