RecommendedWe recently had a fireplace installed by the service department. The service technicians, Brian W. and Brian M were very professional. They were prompt in arriving to our home. I appreciated how careful they were with being neat and clean while installing the fireplace. The office staff kept in communication during the install, very easy to work with!

I called on a Friday afternoon as a new oil customer and the woman who helped me was WONDERFUL, so polite and professional. Flash forward to Monday morning she called to reschedule an appointment with one of their employees but was able to schedule our first delivery sooner because I had mentioned on Friday that we were running low. So far my experience here has been worlds better than our last company.
We have two Worley& Obetz tanks. I called Rhoads in September to have them removed since we had already secured propane service from another company. Rhoads finally came out on October 11th to disconnect the tanks. They left a card saying that I would be contacted when the tanks would be picked up. They put one of the tanks on my driveway. Well, I have called every week since the middle of October and they keep telling me that they will be here to get the tanks ‘by the end of the week’. The tanks are still here. I have a 120 gallon tank which is almost 4 years old from Worley and Obetz. Rhodes wants to charge me the price of a new tank to buy the used one. Also they want almost $0.75 per gallon more than two other companies I called. that's crazy and very unfortunate that they want to charge these crisis

I was not really sure about Rhoads at first coming from Worley and Obetz. I had several frustrating unhappy service calls. Joe gave me his card at my first Rhoads visit. I was upset and stressed when I was still having issues after a rather expensive repair. To the point where I texted Joe, not really expecting a reply. But he did and offered assistance in off hours. Kudos to Joe!!
