This was my first contact with Rhoads Energy and I am extremely impressed! I got same-day service (due to the helpful and polite person who answered my call this morning)!! I got both a delivery of propane gas and also a leak check (both at a more reasonable price than another company I called) . Brian M., the technician who showed up to do the leak check was five-star in every way! He put on booties to come into the house, he was polite and friendly and explained everything to me, he showed me how to start the propane firep... read more

Brian and his trainee Ryan arrived on time. They were professional, clean, and VERY thorough. He explained what he was doing and what was right or needed attention. They looked at 2 gas fireplaces and the main heater, all propane. They cleaned the burners and everything around them. Very polite and honest. We are quite pleased.
David is a wonderful technician ... very polite, efficient and pleasant. I am always happy when he shows up as my service technician.

I was disappointed at first because we continued have problems with out furnace. Thank you Jeremy for sticking with us and making sure all was right in the end. It was a long week, but with a happy ending!!
