Through an awesome Groundhog's Day financing offer, we were unexpectedly able to convert from oil heat to propane and install Central Air. Mike H. was extremely helpful in explaining the details of propane to us, and the installation technicians Brian W. and Shawn S. were hard-working, efficient, polite, and thorough. Rhoads helped us out after an issue with another company and no heat for a week. Rhoads made us a priority immediately they were professional, knowledgeable , courteous, and efficient. Within less than 2 days we were up and running with a new HVAC system. Did I mention the owner went out of his way to drop off space heaters after hours the night we called? So impressed and would highly recommend!!

Always impressed with the wonderful customer service whenever I contact Rhoads Energy! Sherri is absolutely amazing to interact with. Their technicians are Fantastic and very knowledgeable. Came out, filled the tanks and did a leak test so quickly! I HIGHLY recommend them! Matt answered all my questions!

I have been getting oil from them since it was just zekes. I always pay with a debit card which they just charged on Jan 10th when I ordered oil same card I always use. never have they not been paid. today is supposed to be 4 degrees overnight. my furnace is not working but they won't come out cause I dont have a credit card on file. they called me 4 hrs after I called twice said they would be out but then called back to say his boss say I'm cod customer wanted to charge 169 to come out which I was willing to pay over phone ... read more
