We hired Ciardelli To replace our 30+ year old forced hot air furnace with a Trane furnace with AC. Chris G and Ben were great at making this process run smoothly, and Tony was a pleasure to deal with in getting the project scoped out. Great company, on time, service guy John P. polite friendly, explained all was good with the furnace, my 18th year with this company.
Eric arrived early and was friendly and efficient.
They were timely, professional a d did great work. Highly recommend them to others.
Had Chris G. Come out to plumb the pool heater today. He was awesome! Was here half hour early, told me how long it was going to take and outlined what he needed to do. I was putting my daughter down for a nap so he offered to call/text me when he was done instead of ringing the doorbell (with 3 dogs that's a huge kindness!). When he came in to inspect the other gas appliances he was super quiet and checked all of the thoroughly, told me any issues and how we can get them resolved. Punctual, polite and knowledgeable!
We have been with Ciardelli for several years now. The customer service has always been exceptional from day one. Eric was here to clean our furnace and was great! He explained to us what he would be doing, and items that are in need of repair. We will continue having Ciardelli provide our fuel and will continue recommending your services to our friends and neighbors. Thank you again Eric.
