Kevin came to our home for a service call after we lost power and dealt with a power surge as a result of that. We have many furnaces and air handlers and Kevin found out our problems and resolved all of our issues. He came out on Friday and came back on Saturday to finish up!! He was persistent and a pleasure to deal with!! Thanks!

Our burner was in dire need of servicing. Life got in the way. Joe showed up on time, did a great job, explaining the process as he went along. Finished promptly and left the area neat. Ciardelli has a real asset in him!
We switched over to Ciardelli Fuel Co. about a year ago, and we have been so pleased with the level of customer service, professionalism & responsiveness. Most recently John P. performed annual maintenance on our boiler/burner. John was most professional, worked efficiently, gave description of service rendered, provided written documentation & assured me if any issues arose, Ciardelli would respond in a timely manner. What more could we ask for!?! Thanks!
Chuck did a really fine job. I'm glad I had Ciardelli install a propane access pipe. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies and the work was excellent.
