I cannot say enough about this great bunch of people.....I was having MAJOR issues with my current gas company and asked to switch to them last week. I used to be an oil customer at my old residence. I was told the site survey would be today and the tanks delivered tomorrow but woke to NO HEAT. A simple call to this company fixed everything for me. New tanks set in place and heat back in my house. THANK YOU SO MUCH CARRIE, VICKY AND PAM and of course the men who came out..........You're the BEST!!!!
This was my first experience with Ciardelli and I am so impressed! I asked my community for recommendations and almost everyone pointed me towards this company boasting of great customer service! I was told that Wednesday was the soonest they could come(I called on a Friday) and they showed up at my house first thing Monday morning! I am so grateful! With this cold stretch I was worried about running out! Thank you so much for great service!! I will be using you from now on!
Phenomenal job by Chris T at my place the other night. We have had several issues with our downstairs living space not heating the entire space properly. We have had other guys come in and just try basic troubleshooting. Chris took the time (nearly 2 hours) to get in every crawl space, when he was originally just supposed to come and give us a quote for baseboards, and found a pipe underneath the house that was completely filled with sludge and blocking the water flow to the kitchen stopping the heat from flowing.
