I paid for a service that was never completed. Attempts to contact via phone were never answered or responded to. I went in in person and they said the person that would handle the issue wasn't in and would call me back. Surprise there has been no phone call. I'm pretty sure taking someone's money without providing the service is illegal. I have a feeling it won't be resolved voluntarily.
I was extremely pleased with my service. I felt they saved me money and didn't do any work that wasn't necessary. Thumbs up.
These guys play the nice guy and will do whatever they can to get every drop of money from you. No customer service at all. I get it's sales, but with sales you need a good customer service side. Chuck has none. Not in their sales, their finance, or their service center. They don't actually listen to your needs and bring you whatever will fill their pockets best. I would recommend any other car dealership but this one.
This place is a joke! Be very careful who you're dealing with, finance is shady! Took us over 2 months to know what our payment was and just as long to find out what we paid. Then months later they were calling for more money which wasn't even in the contract. We were rushed through the whole process. Worst experience ever. When they have to have their employees rate their service to get them a better rating, you know its bad. NEVER Purchase from Here!
Always have a positive experience when doing business with Chuck Patterson, from purchasing my car to it's first service. The employees are friendly, courteous, on time and efficient.
We bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla about 5 months ago very good deal low and low financing. Also I took my Dodge Ram to have my fob set little expensive but they did a good job thank you

After many bad experiences I no longer take my vehicle to Chuck Patterson for service. They do more harm than good. I go to Chico Car Care now and am very happy I switched.
