We have had our beautiful Rav4 for almost a year and a half...love the car. Toyota knows how to make an excellent car. Now the sales staff was a little pushy, but that's easy enough to deal with. Service Department could use a little help..when you ask them not to call your home # because my husband works nights and they still call the house. I made an online appointment for today for which I was on time...and when I got there I was told there was no appointment scheduled, even though I had a print out out of the appointment with VIN # and conact info I went online to chat about issue when i got home and they said that happens sometimes...the service agent said the same thing. Apparently attention to detail and customer service are not a priority....I won't be back.
The worst car dealership I have ever dealt with! These employees are operating under fraudulent terms! Buyer beware!!
