My wife and I were looking into buying a car there this week found one we liked and got the financing ball rolling the today i get a call from a lender asking for info so we can complete the sale. Have had two bad experiences with Chuck Patterson. If you decide not to buy something from them they get quite angry. I love Toyota cars, as it is my first choice when I buy a car. Currently, I have a Prius and I absolutely love it? I tried twice to buy this car from Chuck Patterson and both times was treated badly. I ended up going to Lithia in Redding and was pleased beyond expectation. My advice is not to bother with Chuck Patterson, but save yourself some time and go to Lithia. They know how to treat their customers.
My parents went in to buy a Tacoma truck and had a great experience with Riley. However when they met Ed to finish their paperwork their experienced was ruined with his direct discrimination and prejudice towards them. My parents decided to not purchase gap insurance and he attacked them. He laughed at my parents face and questioned their income. He belittled them with his attack on my Asian American parents. This place is known for terrible customer service. My mom has had bad experiences with them. I called about a recall on my 4Runner and asked about a loan vehicle and if I could coordinate other services and pretty much got told a loaner is my problem. Also no attempt to give advice on how to coordinate my two services I needed done. Needless to say I will be driving to Hobbie in Oroville or down to Roseville Toyota when it's time to get my recalls done :)
This place is horrible. service sucks they never return calls or answer the phone last time I ever buy a car here
