Chuck Patterson is a great place to buy and service your car. Great customer service. May not be the least expensive, but you get what you pay for ;-) Peter has helped me on several occasions and never pressures me to buy more. The shuttle drivers are very nice and always on time.
I've called and left 3 messages on different occasions for the service department. Never did I receive a call back. Based on this coupled with my experience speaking with someone in the Parts Dept, I would not reccomend Chuck Patterson Totota.
My service appointment was on time, the staff was great, and the work was done quickly without sacrificing quality! I’ve purchased six vehicles from Chuck Patterson, and I plan on purchasing more!
