when a person schedules an appt. for service at 11:30 and drives all the way from Oroville, they don't want to hear "it might not get in till the end of the day" what an inconvienience. Then act like it's my fault for scheduling 11:30 "before lunch is the worst time" if you can't get people in, DON'T SCHEDULE SO MANY PEOPLE !!! SO PISSED
