RecommendedI just purchased a 2021 RAV4 Limited from Chuck Patterson Toyota. Antonio my sales consultant was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable as well as his sales manager Morgan. Of course the day I was there they would have liked to sell me the car that was on the lot but I had wanted a different color. They found the car at a different dealership and had it brought there. Using their online portal, we scheduled the 20k service for our 2019 Highlander and added the recall (fuel pump) to the service, which at this time Toyota emailed us that it’s available. Upon arrival the service rep mentioned that they don’t have the part and proceeded to say that using their online portal or website doesn’t work. They were all helpful, friendly and professional.
I took my vehicle in to have body work done. Everything went quickly and smoothly dropping it off and picking it up. All communication with the insurance and estimates were accurate. The shuttle driver was ready and pleasant. They called me a day early to pick it up and my vehicle looks beautiful again.
Everything they were very easy going
The service department is horrible!! My car was there for a 30 minute diagnostic test but 3 hours later it's still sitting. NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE!!
They don't care enough about their employees or customers to wear masks. none of us like wearing masks, but grownups wear them.
The personnel are friendly, communicative and efficient.
