I am writing to dispute the charges for the recent maintenance service performed on my car at ********************** on November 18, 2024. The service quality and communication were not up to the expected standard, and I believe a refund or a discount is warranted. Purchased a starter motor over the phone. After finding out that I didn't need the starter motor, of which was not dirty was never installed and I never even removed my old starter, tried to return the starter without the original box. I was told they won't accept returns without the box. I filled a transaction complaint with my bank and they gave me a provisional refund. Purchased a 2014 Rav4 in February, and I will never be coming back. At time of purchase I noticed a new tire, so I thought all 4 we're replaced since it's AWD. Nope. They only replaced one tire, so I immediately had to spend $700 getting new tires for this SUV I just bought not even a week prior. During the tire install the technicians noticed that my CV axles have torn boots and are flinging grease everywhere, my rear brakes are almost gone and my front rotors have grooves. 40k service. Everything went as planed. I was able to use free w-fi while waiting. Service tool a little more than an hour, they checked everything and didn’t try to sell me any in needed work. Shawn was great.

My family received extremely poor customer service today from Cy Woodworth at the Dodge service desk at Chuck Patterson. This man had the audacity to treat my family with aggression, rudeness and disrespect - at very first contact, for absolutely no reason. We were dropping the vehicle off for service covered under the warranty. I have been calling to speak with a manager all day and each time the person answering the phone claims that he has been in a meeting - all day - 9 am to present time (2:30 pm). They have my vehicle held hostage. I’m trying to call and no one is answering. Should of went to red bluff. I sure hope they didn’t do anything to it. Then they text and email you to buy a new car from them. I just paid mine off. Not looking for a car, especially during the Rona craziness. Big brother putting everyone out of business.

The sales team was very friendly and patient. I do believe they gave me the best deal they could and they were honest. I appreciate that in car sales because the car buying experience in general is awful. The only critique I have is that some employees were not wearing masks.
