The service department staff is great however, the appointment scheduling is horrible!!! They need to give the service team time to complete before making another appointment!!! I had a scheduled appointment at 7:55 am and my car is still sitting! This is worse then going to the doctor!!!! They told me that the appointment time was just to "hold my spot"....? Really???
Yesterday, I went into Chuck Patterson Toyota dealership in Chico, CA to test drive a used 2015 4Runner TRD Pro. The sign on the front of the car said it was priced at $41K with 26K miles, which turned out to be falsely advertised, as it actually had 46k miles. Will never buy another vehicle from them again! Nothing but a fight since Monday and it's still not over. They delivered the car because it wasn't there when promised. Delivered it without a temporary license sticker, so I can't even drive the car. Never Never again. Wish I would have read these reviews BEFORE I bought from them.
Rude rude rude employees! Try to rip u off! Dont want to deal with you. Shoee you away! Leave you with ur hand hanging after trying to thank them! And finally them telling you they dont want ur business and walk off on you! So unprofessional I wouldn't even give them a star but had to to write a review!!
