I just leased a brand new 2019 Camry LE from Chuck Patterson on Monday, February 4, and worked with Kyle Patterson on the changeover from my 2016 Avalon. Kyle was extremely professional, well organized, friendly and very customer oriented. What a pleasure to work with, and he made the whole process simple and smooth. I recently took my 2012 Prius in for a software update to fix the J0V safety recall. They did the work faster than I thought it would be done. I also got new rear window wipers, for which I paid a little over $20. I would say that I was satisfied.

I replaced my Ford F250 lost in the camp fire with a 2019 Tundra. The salesmen found the model I wanted at another dealership and had it delivered same day. Everything went smoothly with pricing, paperwork etc. Was not pressured with add-ons that dealerships are getting worse and worse about now a days which was a surprise. Alicia in finance was great to work with as was Kyle Patterson who personally delivered my truck to my home after the bed liner was installed. No complaints here
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE CAMP FIRE VICTIMS. Chuck Patterson dealership is not interested in helping Camp fire victims like their commercials claim. The $1000-1500 is just a way to bring in customers, anybody who has ever bought a car knows there is always wiggle room in the price. Chuck Patterson is not in this with us as the commercials claim. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! seriously go somewhere ells, bought new 2017 dodge right after first oil change brake caliper blew they wanted us to drive it in or have it towed to them i had to call dodge to get them to pick it up then had overheating issues again everything was a fight and they said nothing was wrong, we started having transmision issues at 32k miles low and behold transmision had been overheating the whole time they could not get use in for 2 months, its been a fight to get anything done with them over and over ... read more
