I can't express how pleased l am with State Farm in Portland, TX. I have been a client of this specific office for about 7 years and couldn't ask for a more responsive and kind group of people than those there. Keisha is fantastic! My business has and will only continue. I started with one car, then went to two. Recently I added my home. State Farm is extremely responsive if there is a problem. Thank you again and always.
Your company are Frauds you get paid a premium to protect my investment and when needed you deny the claim. Leaking pipe behind the wall finally shows its ugly head and you decline. What are we paying for. I will be taking my Business elsewhere declined cause i didn't know it was going on do you know what' goin on behind your walls. State Farm is absolutely horrible! I was hit, and the other driver was at fault. State Farm was very supportive and ingratiating the first couple of days of the accident. They encouraged me to go to the ER which I agreed I needed to do, provided a claim # to give the hospital, etc. However, when it came time to pay, they were a nightmare in terms of both medical & vehicle repairs. Super ****** company I have my business insurance, home, auto basically everything and I haven’t made one claim but we got 2 storms of hail and basically the whole block got new roofs but nope not me because State Farm sends out there estimator and right off the bat the guy has a bad attitude. So he claims 87$ worth of damage that’s it what a joke this company is I pay over 1000$ a month into insurance for them to deny my first claim ever when everyone else got one is crazy to me. The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. This is because of My car being hit by one of their insureds. I’ve had to make several phone calls to them and they are very rude and not willing to help resolve the problem. I was hung up on twice today. They are not wanting to pay for what my body shop charged to repair my car… Which was a $6600 total bill… they are only wanting to pay $4000 of it. I’ll start by saying that every single person I’ve spoken with from State Farm has been incredibly friendly. Two of their employees admitted that it was unusual, how poorly the company was handling my claim. The experience I have had with State Farm has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating, prompting me to switch insurance companies. On April 6, 2023, I informed my State Farm agent that I had sold my 2006 Corolla and requested a revision of my insurance quote and policy. The agent assured me that my new monthly payment would be around $140-150, as opposed to my previous monthly payment of $186 for two cars (a 2019 Mustang Ecoboost and the aforementioned Corolla) with a 20% multiple cars discount. Disgusting service after over 20 years as a customer of State Farm in Charlotte. Their claims portal is a technical disaster; my repair shop can't get it to accept their inputs after several tries. After 6 weeks their adjuster called me directly to ask the repair shop to try to send the estimate again. Since I had the estimate, I offered to email it directly to them. State Farm did nothing. They ruled my girlfriend at fault on an accident that clearly was not her fault. The guy was passing her on the interstate, pulled right in front of her and then he slammed on the breaks. My totaled car was taken to a towing place and I get a call saying I owe over $900 for towing and storage. The car salvaged price was around $300 to $400.
