Agent Brian Weimarskrinch Delphos, OH has been absent in my attempts to get a claim settled. He did escalate the problem this week (6 weeks later)His admins have helped me to no avail. The accident involved a tow company who broke my mirror April 14 Brian has been nothing but arrogant to the point of laughing at me in our first conversation saying he would never pay me it had to come from the tow company. This is the most incompetent agent and staff in the business. They promise one thing and deliver another. Do not believe a thing they say. They will continue billing you long after you cancel your worthless policy. Save yourself the trouble and chose a REAL agency. ?? 0 out of 5 Mr. Mann

I had a flood in my home in *** ********* aprox may 11th. It has been over a year for work to be started. Due to StateFarm and their ways of either procrastination, unwillingness, and total misrepresentation I have no reasonable expectation as to why they couldn’t come to terms on damages. Even as we are going along in an area where I’m a bit remote, I’m finding issues almost daily. I had an insurance policy with them and lost my wedding ring. They then canceled my insurance (months after that loss) and say the coverage is no long acceptable and they are canceling coverage because "There is a non-weather related loss with the policy tenure of three years or less". So to break that down, they will cancel you if you use your policy. Their new slogan should be "Protect your items with us, but if you use it we will cancel you."

It is hard to even describe in words the amount of misery and stress this company caused me after kitchen flooded and I was forced to file a claim. They acted like they were my friend and then screwed me over at every turn. Getting any money out of them was like pulling teeth, and they changed my adjuster no less than 8 times, without notifying me — I would just go to call the adjuster and the phone would be disconnected. Hopefully this gets to State Farm I've had them for years I mean a lot of years I've never had an are any claims on any of my vehicles my son got into his 1st accident Place department and the report shows other party at fault and they threw their hands up and said there was nothing they could do I am pulling out of State Farm I suggest other people do the same I pay a lot because I have A lot of auto loans with them I won't going forward

State Farm Finance: My loan pay off payment of $4,210.00 cleared my bank on 6/23/2022. After my car was repossessed on 6/1/2023 I learn that there was a remaining balance of $217.37. That unbeknownst to me balance turned into $1,006.65 to SF-ALP. It is now 24 hours after repo and 2 hours after payment and I still do not know where my car is. There will be towing and storage fees on top of what I have already paid. I have no words for the absolute absurdity of this unnecessary and extremely stressful situation.

Horrible experience! We have been with State Farm for many years now, insuring 4 cars and our home. My son was in a wreck in March 2023 where the other driver ran the red light and totaled our vehicle. There were no witnesses to provide statements. From the beginning, we have had to do our own legwork to confirm our version of the accident.
