LEGALIZED SCAMMERS!!!!!! Worst company ever font give them a dime you will instantly regret it. I DID. they denied every claim regarding my home roof twice and had a tree hit by lighting during a powerful storm that took out a fire pit trampoline and my neighbors fence. They didnt even send anyone out after they told me a team was being sent. LIARs statefarm is NOT there. They called it an ACT of God. I paid them for over 15 years and get denied mulyiple times 15k to remove tree, 2500.00 for neighbors fence total loss on oth... read more

I would like to give State Farm a “0”. It is the most incompetent insurance company to deal with. Young teenager backed into my car; therefore, it wasn’t my fault. Of course he took his time filing the claim. The claim adjuster that it was assigned to was on sick leave. None of her colleagues had been checking her emails or voicemails. So I had to wait 7 days to even get a rental car. Even the accident report was available but no one was working my claim. How am I supposed to get to work??? Absolutely NO customer service provided by any of the four representatives I spoke with today. And none of those four had a care. Not to mention the fact that the settlement offer is nothing close to being useful for obtaining a vehicle to replace what I was driving. But these reps aren’t the ones that have a rental agreement ending on a federal holiday and will be left without transportation. I’ll be sure to speak badly of this company to everyone.

My experience with State Farm has been excellent. I have the greatest agent in Tori and I have the best coverage. Tori has gone through the accident process with me every step of the way. This was my very first accident claim and Tori put my fears to rest thank you so much for making it easy on me. Now I can get car fixed. This company is great. I got hit by someone with no insurance and State Farm took care of me. I’ve got great coverage. Thanks again. I recommend State Farm to as many people as I can.

I called today to discuss the sudden increase in my policy only to be met with a condescending customer service rep by the name of Giana. Instead of hearing what I had to say, she took every opportunity to explain how I was wrong when in fact it was an error internally. There was no acknowledgment of the wrong doing and she even it took it a step further to let me know how she would've handled the situation if the roles were reversed. In my opinion this is not an example of good customer service.

They would like to patch our siding instead of replace. We have been customers for 20 years and only ever had one claim. The new siding looks new and the old siding is faded and stained. They refuse to listen or compromise at all. Every time I call they ask me to send them pictures, which I do. Then they say it doesn’t look so bad. My house is $600,000 plus and an investment, I don’t think a patch work is acceptable. I don’t only pay them when I feel like it, I pay every single month.

Worst insurance 2 thumbs down. It has been 3 months since my vehicle has been at the shop, 2 week wait to get it scheduled and now another 3 weeks before a agent can get out to review the finished claim. The vehicle has been finished for 2 weeks, just want my car back JAKE from State Farm!!!

They take care of me and my vehicles pleasantly. I have never had a problem with them. They employ nice people that are very helpful.

I have been a customer of State Farm for 47 years. I have had homeowners, renters and automobile insurance. Brent Dixons office is fantastic. They do their best to help you and make you a happy customer. The problem is with their claims office who i think are complete jerks. We had a major hail storm in April 2023. I had three independent roofers look at my roof. Each roofer said I had significant hail storm damage on the back of my roof and the roof needs to be replaced.
