I wish I can rate -0 but 1 is the lowest....... Thank God I do not have State Farm as my Insurance company. So the day before Easter a man hit my mom (a senior citizen) house with his truck due to his road rage. It has been mark unsafe and she needs work before she can go back into her house. Her neighbor lawn was damage due to the accident as well and the crazy thing about that is the insurance company issued her a check to get her lawn fixed...HER LAWN FIXED!! Here mom is still displaced almost 3 months later and still wai... read more

They're the worst in paying/settling auto claims when their insurers is at fault for running in back of me while stop/sitting at red traffic light. I would like to give a 0 * star

State Farm pays under value for damage to your home so they don’t have to pay out. **** poor company to say the least. Their amount doesn’t even meet my deductible so I have to pay out of pocket. Why do I even inside the home when it covers nothing.

You may think your covered, when you let a family member or freind, that resides in a different state drive your vehicle. But with this company you are not. My son and I live together. My policy and residence are in *******, where we spend winters, and he has a residence in ***** where we spend summers. He was recently in an accident and was injured. He is listed as a driver on my policy, but his claim was denied on a technicalty solely because his legal residence is in Maine. I am currently searching for an honorable compan... read more

I worked for state farm for 5 years and I'm disgusted in what it has become today. I filed a claim online on June 5. On June 7 my claim was denied a three car accident. I never gave a statement of the incident. On what grounds was my claim denied what facts of the accident did they have. Inexperienced adjusters who will cost the company a lot of money in the long run.

I called State Farms on a matter. I kept getting transferred from one person to another. After the third transfer, the person "helping" me was obviously not happy doing her job. Her tone of voice and words showed total disregard for my problem. At the end I asked to be transferred to her manager or anyone else which she avoided by placing and then telling me they couldn't help me.

I love my agent Karen Calandra she is extremely efficient taking care of myself and my family's needs when it comes to Car Insurance. I thank her for everything she has done for us over the decades we have been with this particular site

Awful, awful, awful experience. Unprofessional, unscrupulous employees who consistent lie (ex. saying they never received a police report when I had been told a week earlier that they had it), refuse to answer the phone, endlessly and deliberately reroute your call to the “wrong dept” to avoid dealing with you about a claim. Frankly they shouldn’t even be allowed to be in the insurance business anymore because you are not assured of ANYTHING! Very sad deterioration in ethics. 20 years ago I thought they were great. Now I’m j... read more

State Farm is terrible in investigating cases, and Soley blaming the driver who was not at fault but ONLY because my son did not have enough coverage. My son was on the third lane all the way to the right going to work at ******* ***** ****, when a driver merged into him in front of *********. He hit my son car that my son car right passenger tire hit the curb and messed up his rim. Mom was witness driving behind son. But because mom was a witness, they cannot take her statement. The driver of the other vehicle kept apologiz... read more
