State Farm is full of crap I looked at my payment for the month of August coming up and noticed that it was $245 and I usually pay $161 so I called and spoke with one of the reps a female first she tried to tell me I skipped a payment for April so I go to my bank statements and of course I paid for April on the 3rd then they tried to tell me about some b.s about I didn’t pay my renewal fee for $195 in May of 2023 so I asked why am I paying renewal fees when in 2022 my premium was $148 and it increased In November of 2022 to ... read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I AHVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH. NOTHING BUT EXCUSES EVERYTIMNE I CALL TO SETTLE MY CLAIM, HAD EVERY DOCUMENT SENT TO THEM WITHIN DAYS AND THEY COULDNT GET IT SETTLED IN UNDER 2 WEEKS? COME ON! EVERYTIME I CALL I SIT ON HOLD FOR 20 MIN, SOMETIMES WHEN THEY ANSWER THEY LIKE TO ACCIDENTALLY PUT YOU BACK ON HOLD AT THE BACK OF THE LINE. WHEN THEY DO ANSWER ITS NOTHING BUT BLAMING UNDER STAFFING ISSUES, BLAMING ALL THESE THIRD PARTY VENDORS THEY REACH OUT TOO THROUGHOUT THE PROCCESS. FO... read more

State Farm has been my insurance company many years, but SF doesn't care about loyal long term customers. Last year they upped my home premium by 5%, This year they upped it 60%, Then call the other day and said I needed to replace my metal roof because it over 20 years old and 2 inspectors said it is in fine shape. No leaks and sound, State Farm should be ashamed of their current business policies.

I've had State Farm for years BUT since they went to their new system; 1) they lump all of your car insurance on one bill but you can't figure out the actual breakdown of each car!!! 2) I've always paid on line through my credit union and round up to an even dollar amount but their IT department can't figure out how to just credit the actual account like they used to. Instead they waste lots of money sending me a check for 58, 73, 85 CENTS!!! How about a little common sense huh?

The worst insurance company. Cancel immediately if you have State Farm. Had an accident on 5/22 and they didn’t look at my car ti 7/5. Then rental expired. A billion dollar company said they were sorry with every phone call I had with them. I’m not giving them any stars. They really don’t care !

State farm insurance is a great insurance if your are an alcoholic. One of their insured side swiped my car and kept going. I caught up to them at a traffic light, and told them that they had hit my car and to pull over. When the traffic light turned green, that person sped off. I followed them and they turned into a subdivision. I called the police. They found the car in the subdivision with paint from my car on it. The police talked to the driver who smelled of alcohol, who said he does not know anything. The police wrote ... read more

We recently filed an auto claim with State Farm and received what we consider to be a low-ball settlement for our car, which was a total loss. This was a car that was regularly maintained, with frequent checkups at the dealer shop, no cosmetic damage, no mechanical issues, and newer brakes and tires. The claims rep told us there was no problem with the car's condition, the low settlement was strictly a matter of the mileage on the car (130K). However, the same day as we received the decision about the settlement, I saw a lis... read more

If I could give a zero I would. We paid premiums for 35 years with only one minor claim many years ago. This past year my vehicle was damaged in a grocery parking lot. Comprehensive coverage was denied. Then we experienced roof damage from a storm. They went out of their way to make the claim process incredibly difficult......sales agent was useless (like a franchise who only sells), outsourced the adjuster (who will only do what they are told by State Farm behind the scenes), and the claims person will automatically deny yo... read more
