Corey Juma's office in NE with state Farm is the worst agent office I've ever had to deal with. He has a very unprofessional staff member in the office Candy, that I don't understand how she is still there. I get verbally attacked every time I call the office and she answers the phone. They also can provide basic customer service to provide a transaction history of an account to locate a missing payment. The assistance you receive from the 1-800 number isn't much better. Some of them just flat out refuse to do their jobs and... read more

Masters of denial and foot dragging to wear customers down so as not to pay legitimate claims. First adjuster we had was caught bragging about how many claims he denys. Do yourself a monster favor and stay away from State Farm.

I am both a customer of State Farm, and a victim (another of their clients crashed into me). State Farm has spent the past two months trying to rip me off on my claim. Initially, they used comps that didn't even match my car. One had approximately 50,,000 more miles than my car, and the others weren't even the right model. Every time you try to get them to add a legitimate comp into the comparison, they come up with a nonsense reason to reject it. Then they come up with nonsense reasons to devalue your car against the comps ... read more

Just know that unlike a good neighbor, when you need State Farm Insurance, they will not be “there” for you! An example is that we have been customers of State Farm for over 12 years for both auto and homeowner’s insurance. When we had our first claim on our homeowner’s insurance back in February of this year 3 local independent contractors quoted that the repairs would cost between $28,000 and $31,000 to complete. Our policy states that State Farm’s coverage needs to pay for the repairs to bring the property back to the sta... read more

Terrible company. We had a hail storm roll through our neighborhood and destroy more than half the neighborhood roofs. Guess who was the only person in the neighborhood that had to pay out of pocket. Yeah me, thank you State Farm for taking my money for 12 years and really being there when I needed you. You ****. Needless to say I’m no longer with State Farm.

After 30 years we are leaving and my family plan, as well. Photographer comes over and takes pics of our roof. Get a cancellation of HO policy. 14,000 bucks, second Mortgage and little help from them, new roof. We get a notice yesterday that they are canceling again, because of 3 non moving vehicles, in a fenced, private driveway, with “appliances in the back yard”. One washer, who the metal guy picked up last month. Hanging tree leaves over our fence, deeming it a “fire hazard”. They stated they sent us a letter in Septembe... read more

Horrible company to work with. They try to blame the other company for everything. They do not issue payouts within ten days. Their client hit and totalled my car. They gave me two days to find a new car. Made me pay for the rental and took over 2 weeks to pay off the loan. So I was with out a car and ended up paying well over 300 dollars for an accident that wasn't even my fault. The agents could have cared less and did absolutely nothing to help me or the situation. Absolutely horrible, untrustworthy company!

If I can give less than one start I would. The claim I had with State Farm is a homeowners claim which was caused by water damage coming from my neighbor upstairs. It has been 10 months since it happened and repairs have still not been completed due to State Farm’s negligence and having to resubmit the same forms multiple times and never being able to get a hold of an adjuster. They are primary insurers due to my ****** HOA and there is no way around them for **** to pick up coverage, which they couldn’t because they took so... read more
