I have been a faithful customer for almost 9 years. Went to them for every oil change and they did the 23 point inspections. Never once did they tell me that my car needed a special inspection at 5 years to keep my LIFETIME DRIVETRAIN WARRANTY valid. Chrysler company ejected my warranty as I will never do business with either again.
I had the best buying experience here....I knew what I wanted when I walked in, Todd was very knowledgeable about the Jeep I was looking into purchasing, he was also pleasant and I did not feel forced into buying the vehicle, when I went back with to get the paperwork done Edward was quick and efficient making sure to explain everything to us that we were signing....Needless to say you’d be crazy to not shop here!! Thanks for my new Jeep I love it!!
Beware!!!! I purchased a 2017 ram 2500 the first week of September. I will say the sales experience was fine. Well Saturday the truck just dies....after being towed to another dealership I find out the trucks wiring is chewed up by mice. Warranty doesn't cover it..so now I have a brand new boat anchor. I have called multiple times and cannot get a return call. Common Sense would tell you that being I was driving the truck everyday mice would not be from my end. Had a very pleasant experience with Chrysler of Culpeper I drove 4.5 hours to purchase Ram 2500 that was a great price and exactly as described. Sam was great salesman answered all questions and very pleasant. I would drive the 4.5 hours to buy from Sam again. If you are considering doing business with Chrysler of Culpeper they are hands down the best dealership I have dealt with. A++++
Bought a Ford Fusion 2013 Titanium back in December of 2016 and both front brake lines have gone bad at 66k miles! I was told that I should expect this since I've been apparently riding it for a year. (Some guy by the name of Eddy told me this) Obviously, he can't count because I got it in December. Anyways, they told me that the car was inspected before it was sold to me (I don't believe it) Brakes don't just go especially at 66k and under. They refused to work with me and told me that the repair would be in 300+ ballpark. ... read more
Long waits, even after my care was inspected and ready. No loaner cars when you purchase your car there or use their service. People are pretty nice.
