Picked up a new to me car from James yesterday. He was great, got me into something in my price range and made sure I actually liked it. Had the paperwork already done when I arrived and I was in and out. Would recommend to everyone, best prices around on new and used cars.
Even after all the “pricing gamesmanship” by management the final price was unbeatable by the competition. James Martin was knowledgeable about the product and not pushy at all. Overall it was a good experience. I’ve had better and I’ve had much worse.
Chrysler of Culpeper and Thurston Carpenter are awesome. Very friendly and professional. Drove over 2 hours to buy from them!

Purchased a Jeep on Thursday we saw on the internet, got financed, booked a vehicle to go and get it as I'm 12 hours away, called in morning and was told he sold it to someone else this morning. BAD BUSINESS!

Did not appreciate the way I was treated as a customer here. Was highly interested in a vehicle here but the way the manager talked to me seemed like they didn’t want my business. Positively because I’m a young female I was treated differently then a man.
