I'm beyond furious and upset with this dealership I had been communicating with the dealership since the previous day regarding a vehicle that was advertised at just over $23,000,I drove 2 hours to purchase the car and after trying it out I was told that they made a mistake and the car was actually $33,000 they refused to honor the listed/advertised price which is false advertisement so I left without making a purchase but I am furious beyond words and I have reported this to the BBB extremely unprofessional behavior. I went to get a oil change...Chrysler of Culpeper sent me a email for a 39.95 coupon but after I got my oil change done...I couldn't use it...WTF...Evertime I go there...its something....i am done with that place
