I recently purchased a Ram 1500 Harvest from Joshua. At first I was skeptical (just ask him) about the way they priced the vehicle. This is the second car we bought from Chrysler of Culpeper although 11 years apart and both sold to us by Thurston. We are happy with the Dodge Grandcaravan we bought, we got s great price and Thurston is great to work with. I wish I had bought my Jeep through them as well. The next one I will. This was a good buying experience. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot Latitude here last week. It has 22,000 miles on it. I love my new car. Josh was professional in his sales techniques and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. The financial person was very helpful and quickly finished the sale. He did the DMV part which was a big help. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful.

Chrysler of Culpeper provided an awesome experience when buying a car. Thurston was always ready with an answer and supported what was best for me the consumer at all times. I have never had someone take the time to teach me how to use every feature of the vehicle. My husband just got a car from here a month ago, the car price there was $10,000 for a 2013 Nissan Altima, now through talking with a bank they deal with to get the loan they charged him $25,000 for it not the $15,000 with taxes and everything else... I would say run and never look back bad business to go behind your customers back and up the price, now we have to pay $25,000 for a 2013 and we could have went somewhere else, I will never go back or send anyone or anything that way....
