Avoid!!!! Was given the run around when negotiating the purchase of a used truck. Dealership had truck for over two months and wouldn't invest money to fix stereo/navigation system they knew was broken from the start. Wanted to sell "As Is". Shady business tactics in other parts of our communication. Have many friends who have had unpleasant interaction with their sales and service department as well.
The sales team were ok, but I wouldn't recommend the service shop to my worst enemy. To make a long story short the service department are straight up crooks. They tried to charge me $2,200 for a little bent control arm on my 2014 dodge charger, I wanted a second opinion because that was the most rediculous thing I've ever heard. We recently purchased a 2016 Doge Journey, which we absolutely love by the way, from Chrysler. We went car shopping with our two young girls which sounds like a job right?
