A very polite young man escorted me to one of the employees offices and immediately a older man rudely jumped all over him because he did not escort me directly to the employee. It was not the proper way to tell someone how to do their job. You don't loudly chew someone out in front of a possible customer. I would hate to see this older mans customer service.
