Choxi.com doesn't have any customer service whatsoever. I received an email with "free shipping for the next 3 hours" offer. I used it immediately and the webpage kept promising that the Free Shipping would be applied after you submit. I submitted and shipping charge was applied to my credit card. Then I try to call their customer service, emailed them more than 5 times, filled out their online form, tried all possible ways, but they don't respond on any channel. This is my second order in a row that Choxi has failed to send me. The first time (June -July time frame) I did finally get a so called "store credit" after many trials, tribulations, and contacts (phone and E-mail to customer service). This second time around,I ordered a different product on 8/**/16 (same price as the first) using my store credit for total payment. I received my conformation order # ********. Placed an order on August ***, my credit card was charged for the order at that time. I waited more that 14 business days for my order. I emailed the company (as instructed on their web site and when calling their customer service number) and have not received a response to date (Sept. ***). I have called numerous times to different customer service numbers during their hours of operation, and got a message that no one is there. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER order from them again!

I ordered merchandise through Choxi.com. My credit card was charged, but the merchandise was never delivered. I used numerous avenues to contact Choxi, but was never given a resolution, and they would not respond to my e-mails. I called their 1-800# for a week and each time received and automated response that they were currently not open (even though it was during their posted business hours). Beware, this company is unprofessional, and maybe a fraud.

I ordered from here almost a month ago. Have tried to call their customer service number to be told they are closed, despite calling with their "supposed"operating hours. I also have 2 emails that have been ignored except to send an automated message that staff will contact me but never get a call. Never shop here again!

Terrible company does not provide product you pay for and makes it impossible for refunds. Stop credit card payments and do not pay with debit card. Lousy way to do business.

Over a month ago I ordered multiple items for a total of $51 and change. I was charged that amount but never received the items. I have also tried contacting the customer service team through email, and got no reply even after several days. I also tried calling the customer service line more than once, and was directed to an answering machine due to their offices being closed.

I ordered 2 items from Choxi.com 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. I checked my account it says still processing. I called their 800 number during their regular business hours EST and I got a voicemail saying that their office was closed and to call back during regular business hours??? WTH??? So I left a voicemail, emailed them twice and until now two days later still no response from their Customer Care.
