I had previously placed 2 orders not because of the price but because no one else had the item. When I placed the order it took almost 2 months to ship the item. This time I placed an order on June ****. They TRY to ship (they say) within 14 days. On about June ***, I sent an email requesting when my order would ship. They responded that it is processed through an outside company so they do not have a tracking number. that, of course, lead me to believe it had shipped. Never got my order (twice). I will never order again. Took months for Choxi to tell me I wasn't going to get my order. Gave them one more chance when they gave me$20 credit. Never got that order either, I have unsubscribed twice yet still get the emails, and of course they had told me that I had "successfully unsubscribed." Yet another lie,

On 2 different occasions I placed orders. I contacted them 1 month after placing both orders. I was told that they no longer had the items. They should have reached out to tell me this.

I don't understand why so many people have had Negative experiences with this company. I shopped with them for years when they were No More Rack, and have continued to shop with Choxi. I always receive my items in a timely manner and have been very pleased with each and every item. I did, however, have one item I ordered that never shipped but when I brought it to their attention not only was the service rep very helpful and courteous, but they gave me a store credit of the exact amount I paid for the item. Just Dont! I have received perhaps 75% of my orders. The other 25% is lost in never never land. Choxi does not have any information from their vendors about fulfillment or tracking of your items. After 3 weeks you can cancel and if you get Choxi credit it's like a snowball of continuous missing orders. 2 pair of earrings arrived 2 months after ordered. I actually forgot about them. Surprise!
