I ordered a set of metal bowls. They were laminated with different colors. The large bowl delaminated upon first washing. Now another bowl is delaminating upon second washing. I contacted Choxie for an exchange they wanted me to pay to return, with the original packing. Who keeps the original packing? What good does the original packing do anyway. They can't resell defective parts.

I have ordered several things from this company, but my last four orders have failed to be fulfilled. Perhaps I was foolish to order as many times as I did after having an issue, but I hoped things would improve. Two orders were refunded, one I was given a credit for and the fourth order (which I bought with the previous credit) I am still waiting for after three months! I'm sure they will cancel this order and offer another "credit" but what is the point if I never get anything! DONE with this business.

this company never deliveries my orders. Have an order placed one month ago today still not received. I have contacted them repeatedly and they just say to wait. I am asking for a refund and hope they can deliver that. They have had the benefit of my money this whole time and I of course have nothing to show for it but disgust.

Horrible online business. Placed an order in June 2016, waited three weeks and called customer service. I was told Choxi was not the distributor and to wait a while longer. A month went by and I again called to say order had never shipped. Order was cancelled and I was told the money would be credited to my account. Ordered a different item, a month later this order never shipped. I called and demanded my money back. I will never use this company again.

They advertise a price like$13 then direct you to order for a better price. Turns out that was$17 then they give you$1 off so you are on!y paying #3 over their published price . RIP OFF

Choxi does not pay its suppliers. They accept payment from customers but do not send the product. BEWARE.

Ordered a Waist cincher 2 months ago and has still as of yet not received it. I had to reach out to customer service 2 times before I was acknowledged. That was 2 weeks ago, and I still have not received my purchase. Don't waste your time with these people.

When this company was nomorerack there were never any issues. Since becoming choxi I have had issue after issue with their products as well as their customer service. This last time I placed my order May **, 2016. It is now August *, 2016 and I still have not received the sheets I ordered. Yet I can go online and still place an order for the same product. I have contacted the company more than 5 times and only get a cut and paste response that orders take 7 to 10 days to process..(hello we are almost 3 months passed my order... read more

I placed an order with them on June **** of this year. It is now august *** and I have yet to receive even a shipping confirmation! I have contacted the company four times asking where my order is and why is has not been shipped yet. When I placed the order nothing was said about back orders or anything of the kind that would delay my order, yet here I am no product no shipping confirmation!
