Absolutely terrible customer service. They take no accountability if an item you ordered doesn't ship. They will just tell you over and over that the shipping is the manufacturer's responsibility and to rest assured that it should ship soon. In my case, the item never shipped and after a month and a half of phone calls to them, they finally admitted that the manufacturer was unable to ship it. Now, over a week later, I'm still waiting on my refund.

I put order for Home Basics Heavy-Duty 4-Tier Wire Shelving - Assorted Colors on June **, 2016.They charged my credit card immediately but it's been more then a month and I have not received the item yet. After calling them 2-3 times and wasting my around 2-3 hours they told me that they will not be able to ship this item because they do not have this in their inventory. Is it this great?

I have ordered several items from choxi and the majority of my items were never delivered. I had to reach out after a month on several occasions to have my money refunded to me. Also I ordered a blue tooth speaker and did receive that item but can't even use it because it's extremely fuzzy when it plays. Complete waste of money!!

I have had nothing but problems since choxi took over nomorerack.com, I never receive my items!!! I've had to keep cancelling because it's been months and nothing. Then they give you credits on your choxi account instead of refundong your original form of payment when you cancel and then make you have to use them to order more stuff! Not right at all!!

Last three orders have not been fulfilled/ no notification from either choxi or the vendor where order should been sent from / then you only get credit / money not returned as given / meaning you still have to place an order with choxi / plus the awards amount cause you to spend more

TERRIBLE. I've used them a few times in the past before and they had good prices but lengthy shipping times. My past order was placed over a month ago. They told me "10-14" working days. It's been over 22 working days and still no sign of my order shipping. I contacted them after working day 14, they told me "we are doing everything we can to ensure your order is being shipped directly to you. We will contact you as soon as we have any updates." This company is HORRIBLE!!!! Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! I wish I would've read the reviews on this company BEFORE I ordered from them, because obviously there's a long history of the same ongoing problems. I ordered a watch over 3 weeks ago from Choxi. I received a tracking number from *** within a week. Choxi refuses to remove me from it's email list despite my repeat requests both by clicking "unsuscribe" and by emailing Customer Care which receives a response that action is being taken. This results in the equivalent of spam. If this is the company's customer service idea of "customer care" woe be anyone who purchases from the site and has a problem.

After receiving many email offers from Choxi advertising themselves as the new NoMore Rack, I recently gave them a try. I ordered the Buy 1 get 1 Bendable/Foldable Ballet Flats with case. What I received instead was one pair of bendable flip flops which came with a case. It wouldn't have been so bad if they at least honored their "buy 1 get 1" offer.
